What is Deal or No Deal Live?
Deal or No Deal Live is a live casino game show from Evolution Gaming based on the television format. Players open briefcases to reveal multipliers, then accept or reject a banker’s offer before a final multiplier is applied to their top-up bet.
How a round works
Each round begins with a qualifying wheel spin to earn access to the main game. Players who land on the briefcase segment qualify. The briefcase selection phase opens a number of cases, eliminating multipliers from the board. The banker makes an offer based on the remaining multipliers. If you deal, you bank a guaranteed amount. If you say no deal, you continue eliminating cases until one remains. A wheel spin then multiplies your top-up bet by whatever multiplier is in the final case.
The top-up bet
Before the briefcase phase, players place a base bet and have the option to increase it with a top-up. The top-up is what the final multiplier is applied to. Players who didn’t qualify for the briefcase phase can still bet on the wheel spin outcome. Deal or No Deal Live succeeds largely because of the familiar TV format and the tension of the banker negotiation, even though the mathematical house edge is standard for a live game show.
